Version 1.7

TypeAreaDescription
FeatureBulk ActionsChanges to the behavior of selecting multiple records in a list. Upon selecting multiple records, the available actions will be displayed, including bulk changes (e.g., "Take Over All"). The listing will display the number of selected records, enabling selection across multiple pages.
FeatureCollapsed Section DataTypical TSM detail screens contain several sections (e.g., "Address" or "Contacts" for customers). These sections are collapsed by default, and users can see the content after expanding. New quick-view widgets can now be added to collapsed sections via the form designer (e.g., a quick view of an address or name).
FeatureIn-place EditDirect editing of specific fields on the detail page via an in-place editor. The form designer now includes an "Inplace" layout, which enables merging editing controls (pencil icons) with in-place edits. Clicking the pencil will allow direct editing of the value without opening the full form.
FeatureTable EditingAbility to edit record values directly within the table view. Configuration will be made in the TSM Listing section, and editing is restricted to basic fields.
FeatureGalleryA new widget called "Gallery" allows users to view all image attachments as a gallery, enabling easy navigation through individual images and attachment details.
UXDefault Sorting ChangeDefault sorting by date will now be from newest to oldest, with an additional click to sort by oldest to newest.
ModulePreventive MaintenanceA new comprehensive module to support preventive maintenance activities.
PerformanceLogs to ElasticSearchTSM now enables logging of significant communication with external systems. These logs will be displayed in the context of customers/orders/tickets and stored either in the primary database or ElasticSearch (for searchability). Database storage can now be disabled to save space, with logs stored only in ElasticSearch.
PerformanceArchiveAn archive flag will be defined for records (e.g., orders in the "CLOSED" state for more than a month). Filters will be set by default to search only active records, with archived records excluded unless explicitly searched for.
