FeatureTSM FormsForm Designer Extension: Expands the built-in TSM forms using the form designer, enabling comprehensive layout changes, setting default values, hiding core fields, and allowing the addition of new fields. You can configure form views for tasks such as ticket creation, customer management, ticket details, and more. Important: Configuration of affected forms is required as part of the upgrade.

FeatureWidgetDiagram Widget: A new widget named "Diagram" allows users to create diagrams similar to Microsoft Visio. Integrated with diagramming.net.

FeatureConnectorsMicrosoft Teams Connector: A new integration with Microsoft Teams. TSM is embedded within Teams using customizable tabs, chatbots with commands for ticket creation, status checking, and worklog management. Includes forms for ticket searching and detailed card views.
FeatureMEF APIMEF 3.0 LSO Sonata Integration: Implementation of MEF 3.0 LSO Sonata (Celine Release) as a standalone microservice ensuring compatibility with the MEF standard.
FeatureListingNew Listing View: The listing view is now split into two halves – the upper half displaying a search results table and the lower half showing a preview of the selected record. The view can be split vertically, displaying the search results on the left and the preview on the right, allowing users to quickly review records like customers, tickets, orders, etc.
FeatureCalendarSystem Calendar Management: Management of system calendars, displaying events in calendar view or as a list.
FeatureBasic BI ModuleBI Enhancements: Added components with features similar to Excel, allowing users to drill down into data, create pivot tables, and graphs. Results can be exported for dashboard use or report generation.
