TSM Versioning and Roadmap

TSM Versioning:

  • Patch release – Primarily includes bug fixes, security patches, and UX improvements for the current version of the application. Additional features may be included if necessary to support already implemented functions. Releases are made approximately on a monthly cadence or as needed (e.g., security patches are released immediately). Patch releases are part of the paid Product Maintenance Premium service.
  • Minor release – Includes new features and enhancements within existing modules. We strive to maintain backward compatibility and simplicity for upgrades. Minor releases are published on a bi-annual cadence and are part of the paid Product Maintenance Premium service.
  • Major release – Introduces new modules and conceptually new features for existing ones. Upgrades may be more complex, potentially requiring customization adjustments. Major releases are developed in parallel with minor releases. In some cases, specific features can be backported to earlier versions before the official release of TSM 2.0. There is no fixed release cycle for major releases; they depend on customer demands and the long-term vision for TSM. Major releases are part of the paid Product Maintenance Premium service.
