Reporting & Data Management

The tSM platform provides powerful tools for reporting, dashboards, and data management.
Users can generate insights, customize dashboards, and move data in and out of the platform with ease.

This area is continuously evolving — combining classic reporting templates, self-service dashboards, and intelligent AI-driven insights with convenient import/export capabilities.


Reporting

ℹ️ Report templates available from V2.4. Intelligent reporting targeted for V2.5.

tSM offers a mix of predefined reports and flexible reporting tools:

  • Classic Templates – ready-to-use report packs (e.g., SLA compliance, team utilization, department workload).
  • Ad Hoc Reports – business users can create their own reports using advanced filters and grouping.
  • Custom Filters – refine reports by customer type, service level, date ranges, or business unit.
  • Export Options – generate outputs in PDF, Excel, or other formats for external analysis.

Intelligent Reporting

From V2.5, reporting will be enhanced with AI-driven insights:

  • Generate reports by asking in natural language.
  • Receive explanations and highlighted anomalies inside the report.
  • Recommend next steps based on report results.

This transforms reporting from static output into a decision-support tool.


Dashboards

ℹ️ Dashboard improvements planned for V2.5.

Dashboards provide an at-a-glance view of the most important KPIs and operational data:

  • Customizable Cards – users can select which entities or metrics to display.
  • Interactive Widgets – drill down from high-level KPIs into detailed records.
  • Personalization – dashboards can be adapted by role (e.g., manager vs. agent).
  • Cross-Module Data – combine information from tickets, customers, and orders.

In future releases, dashboards will support AI-driven adaptivity, automatically highlighting anomalies, trends, or urgent issues.


Data Import

ℹ️ Excel Import Wizard available from V2.4. Embedded spreadsheet planned for V2.5.

tSM provides user-friendly ways to bring data into the platform:

  • Excel Import Wizard – guided import of records from spreadsheets, with validation to ensure consistency.
  • Embedded Spreadsheet Component – in V2.5, users will be able to:
    • Mass-edit large datasets in a spreadsheet-like view.
    • Export/import records directly in tabular form.
    • Run scripts against data for automation.

These features make it easy to onboard new customers, update catalog items, or bulk-manage attributes.


Data Export

tSM supports configurable exports so data can be shared with external systems:

  • Export from listings, reports, or detail screens.
  • Supported formats include Excel, JSON, and XML.
  • Exports can be scheduled or triggered as part of processes.

This ensures data flows freely between tSM and surrounding systems.


Vision

The roadmap for Reporting & Data Management is clear:

  • V2.4 – Classic reporting templates, Excel import wizard.
  • V2.5 – Intelligent reporting with AI, dashboard improvements, embedded spreadsheet.
  • Future – Adaptive dashboards and predictive analytics, fully conversational reporting, and tighter integration of import/export into automation flows.

Together, these capabilities give users full control of their data — whether they need standardized reports, ad hoc analysis, or bulk data operations.
